Return and Exchange Policy - Smart Table Store
Due to the nature of our custom-made products and their specific packaging, Smart Table Store does not accept returns or exchanges for any product after it has been received and used by the customer. No refunds or store credits will be issued under any circumstances.
Exception: Damaged Products
This policy does not apply to products that arrive damaged or with a clear defect, provided that:
• The product has not been used.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
In this case, the customer is entitled to a replacement with a new, undamaged product.
If a replacement is not available, the customer may choose:
• A full refund.
• An exchange for a different product, with the customer paying the price difference if the replacement is more expensive, or receiving a refund for the price difference if it is less expensive.
Exception: Products Not as Described
If the customer receives a product that does not match the description, Smart Table Store is obligated to replace it with a product that does match the description.
Note:
This policy does not cover accessories such as chargers or cables. If the order arrives incomplete, the customer is not entitled to a refund, but the store may compensate the customer in a way it deems appropriate, either by completing the order or by issuing a partial refund.
Is the customer entitled to an exchange if there is a defect?
Yes, the customer is entitled to an exchange if a defect is confirmed, provided that they contact the store within 24 hours of receiving the product.
